Create and explore session

A fun contemporary movement and dance exploration session for adults (16+), with a solid dance background (e.g. dance student, graduate, teacher, professional). The session will include a warmup after which we will start creating through creative tasks and prompts to help feed into our new outdoor piece 'Under the treetops.'

We would love to meet you and would encourage you to attend if you are interested in working with us in the future and to build a dance community in High Wycombe.

Notes for attending:

Please register here or email dewdances@gmail.com to confirm your place as we will limit numbers for safety and comfort. Bring what you need to feel warm and a drink. 

To keep each other safe we also ask/recommend that you take a lateral flow test before attending and not to come if you have any covid symptoms or feel unwell. Hand sanitiser is available in the building. 

We will meet outside of the main entrance or in the Beech room if you arrive after 2pm. There is free parking. Please let us know if you need any help with transport or have any access requirements. 

Consent:

For insurance purposes you attend this session at your own risk with regard to injury and property. We sometimes take photographs or video for a record of the day. By attending the session you agree that created movement, photographs and/or video of yourself can be used for the purpose of (1) promoting Dew Dance through media, (2) as student submission to I-PATH Choreography Diploma Programme and (3) to feed into the creation of new contemporary dance work by Dew Dance. 

If however you do not wish to be included in any photographs or video just let us know on the day and we will respect those wishes.
